Leadership as a RoutineThe Mother Theresa, M.L. King, Deloris Huerta, Abraham Lincoln calibre leaders come around every once in a great while. Routine leaders are asked not to solve all the world problems, but to solve the problems around "THEIR" world. Some leaders are born but most without instruction don't become good at it. Leadership is a skill that like a sword must be honed to a sharp edge. Through our facilitated instruction individuals go through learning exercises and training. If an organization does not invest in leadership training for its high-calibre team members, employees will depart to look to seek more meaningful engagement. Leadership is having the traits to lead, mentor, coach, guide groups, teams, and organizations. Leadership is understanding social influences, situational interaction, vision, authority, responsibility, accountability and sacrifice. We will provide the necessary training to identify and hone those skills.

Self-DefenseMartial arts experts suggest a year of constant training at a minimum, with no guarantee, of defending yourself in a one on one situation. Plans are a waste of time, but planning will save your life. Self-defense models that are based on plans..."if this happens do this," rarely work out the way they plan. Our training will provide realistic solutions that can be immediately applied to a situation. The tools we provide applied daily are guaranteed to make you immediately safer. We do not recommend walking around with ten dollar bills hanging out of your pockets hoping to be tested. You will succeed only in losing your money. We do suggest taking the tools and applying them to your everyday lives to make your world a safer place.
